LFB7 Araquari

LFB7 Araquari is a logistics park with 69,000 sqm of built area in three warehouses on highway BR-101 in Araquari, Santa Catarina, with access to the highway 200 m away. Completed in February 2026, it has 9,000 sqm leased and 60,000 sqm (87% of the area) available for immediate occupancy, in modules from 2,500 sqm that can be combined up to the entire available area.
